Our Story
Saveur was born from a simple belief: that exceptional food requires exceptional ingredients, exceptional technique, and exceptional care. Our kitchen is led by Chef Arjun Mehta, a culinary graduate of Le Cordon Bleu Paris with over two decades of experience across Michelin-starred restaurants.
Every dish on our menu is a reflection of our commitment to seasonal, locally-sourced ingredients, classical French technique, and the vibrant spice traditions of India — creating a dining experience that is wholly unique.
